What has happened to my 12 months free coupon???

Today I tried to use MY E-training on my desktop but it says I need for to buy a subscription for e19.99?
I don't seem to be able to use it any more?

My 12 months free coupon code should be valid until October 2021.
Why has Elete done this? It's a cheat to give a 12months subscription and then take it away half way through.

** Update*** 30 minutes later I tried again and I accessed MyRealvideo ok. Perhaps it was just a glitch in the system?
I'll update if it happens again.
