Problem with axis

Hello to everyone,

I have a problem with axis bike. I put pieces D and E in the suito, but the axis isn't fix and when I put the bike, the bike isn't straight. If I put the bike straight, I can close the axis, but I have the bike has broken.

If you followed the manual then it looks like there is a mounting issue in factory? Maybe you can post pictures here and we can have a look at it, or an admin can advise as well.
