I updated the firmware on my Elite Suito. Then I tried to calibrate it. The phone app (MyETraining) won't start the calibration process. It shows the trainer is connected. The phone app is the most recent version. In the past I've calibrated the trainer a lot. The trainer is working without any issues. I use with FulGaz.
I''m at loss as to why the phone app won't run the calibration routine. I'll emphasize that it doesn't seem that there are any communication issues since my Suito connects to FulGaz via my computer's BlueTooth and since I was able to the firmware upgrade without issue.
Also, why is the no way to send a support request directly to Elite customer support?
